Who Sells OMG

OMG (Oh My Garden) is made by WebGrid.Studio. Purchases on ohmygarden.in are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all web orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, tax and refunds for those orders.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can get a full refund of the first payment on a new subscription if you ask within 14 days of that payment. You don't need to give a reason, and it doesn't matter how much you've used the app. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals Are Not Refundable

Only the first payment on a subscription can be refunded. If you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then stops, and you won't be charged again. You can cancel any time from your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net.

How to Ask for a Refund

Use "Request refund" at paddle.net or the link in your Paddle receipt email. You can also email support@ohmygarden.in from the address on your account, and we'll pass it to Paddle.

What Happens After a Refund

Paddle refunds the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approving the refund. Your subscription is cancelled and paid features stop straight away. Your account stays open.

App Store and Google Play

If you subscribed inside the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google took the payment and their refund rules apply. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or ask Google through Google Play.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
